About the Founder

Mr. Wallace Yuen is a certified Financial Planner with over 30 years of working experience in the global finance industry. He has held top-level posts in reputable international investment firms and listed companies. His professional experience covers a broad range of financial expertise including securities analysis, institutional trading, asset management, insurance planning, investment advisory, corporate governance, and investor relations. Wallace Yuen attained his Certified Financial Planner (CFPCM) accreditation in 2003. It is the highest professional certification that can be awarded to a Financial Planner and the most recognized Financial Planning accreditation in the world. He also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) from the University of Windsor, and a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) from the University of Western Ontario in Canada.
He has been featured on the cover of the news magazine Asiaweek- a subsidiary of Time Inc. that focuses on issues in the Asian continent. His comments on the worldwide energy crisis and its impact on the finance industry following the Iraqi invasion of Kuwait have also been publicly published.

Wallace Yuen believes strongly in ethical Corporate Governance and Investor Relations. He is on the treasury board of Investor Relations (Asia) Association and assisted in the founding of the group that focuses on improving corporate governance.

Community Involvement

Wallace Yuen is a firm supporter of community development and training of future leaders. Aside from working as a certified Financial Planner, he is a visiting lecturer at numerous higher education institutions including The University of Hong Kong (HKU), The Hong Kong Polytechnic University (PolyU), City University of Hong Kong (CityU), and Hong Kong Baptist University (HKBU).
Mr. Yuen is also deeply involved with various international and grassroots organizations. In 1987, he was awarded Best President by Junior Chamber International (JCI) in Helsinki, Finland. The organization aims to provide development opportunities for young people in order to create positive change.
As an advocate of creating positive change and a believer in the importance of education, Wallace Yuen regularly contributes time and funding to providing better opportunities for young people from less privileged regions. He is involved in building and establishing schools for children living in underdeveloped parts of China where education resources are scarce.
